What to expect at a Sunday Service…

We hope you’ll visit us!
We know that visiting a new church can be intimidating, so we’ve included the information below to help you know what you can expect. You can expect uplifting music, an inspiring message, as well as opportunities to connect with what God is doing in our church and our community.

Church in the age of COVID.

As we continue to navigate this season of COVID, we have requested that all in-person participants maintain social distancing and remain masked for the entirety of the service. We also provide the opportunity to stream online at home through Facebook. (Facebook account is not required to view live service)

How should I dress?

God is far more interested in your heart and mind than your wardrobe, and we like to follow his example. We have no dress expectations. You’ll find people wearing everything from shorts, T-shirts and sandals to business-casual attire. Dress in the way that makes you comfortable, so that you can hear God speak.

Will I be asked for money?

As visitors or guests, you are never expected or compelled to give financially. During our service we provide an opportunity for participants to give as an act of worship. You can give physical gifts during the service or there are electronic means available as well. These gifts allow us to serve the community in which we are rooted, and to maintain the functions of the church family.

What about my kids?

Our nursery activities have not yet resumed post-COVID. Elementary-aged children (K through 5th grade) begin the service upstairs and join in our music. Following the worship set, the children head downstairs with our Director of Children’s Ministry to receive age-relevant Biblical instruction. All children are welcome in the Sanctuary.
